Leeds Lights - the opening ceremony

Ceremony for the switching on of the Leeds Lights - miles of festive Christmas illuminations around Leeds city centre. The lights are designed by the Leeds Lights workshop who work on the project year-round. The Leeds Lights UK's longest winter illuminations festival, the length ranging between 9 and 15 miles.

The lights will be switched on November 9th at Victoria Gardens.

The German Christmas Market runs throughout the second half of November and the first half of December, and is located on Millenium Square. A great place for a warming gluhwein, while browsing around for other German delicacies on offer.

MAXI JAZZ of platinum selling dance act FAITHLESS will be headlining our evening with a one off DJ set at The Elbow Room, (64 Call Lane, Leeds) for one night only! This is your chance to see him in an intimate setting, up close and personal! Don't miss out!
